Vila Labod, built in 1968 as a luxury villa, now has three apartments, all with microwave, fridge and coffee machine.

First floor, 130 m2, max 6 persons) with three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a luxury bunk bed. Big living room, dining room with entrance to large balcony, kitchen, bathroom with bath and from the hall entrance to the second balcony at the lakeside.

Apartment 3

On the ground floor is a separate wash room with washing machine and dryer, shared by all apartments. Children bed is available. There is space for ski's and fishing rods. Mountain bikes, motorbikes, kayak's etc can be stalled in a separate garage in the garden. On the terrain is parking place for several cars. There is garden furniture available and the large terrain offers possibilities to sit outside with enough privacy.
